  • Please bring a print out of this e-ticket with you and proceed directly to the turnstiles where you can scan your ticket and gain entry. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government photo identi cation (e.g. driving license), or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.
  • This ticket gives you one general admission entry to the park indicated above (“Park”).
  • This ticket is the property of Farah Experiences LLC, the operator of the Park. Entry and use of the Park is subject to speci c product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below
  • You must redeem this ticket before the date shown above, or it will expire Age restrictions on entry to the Park may apply. In the absence of speci c rules, our standard rules will be enforced as follows
  • Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket
  • Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space, and can enter the Park for free
  • Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age
  • You may not bring food or drinks into the Park
  • You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park
  • You must comply with the health and safety measures applicable during your visit
  • Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides
  • This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This ticket is void if altered or damaged
  • Only third parties speci cally authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket
  • purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources
  • Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit
  • Capacity restrictions apply; please arrive early to avoid disappointment
  • Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park
  • We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.
  • Special Terms and Conditions relating to Covid-19 are currently in force. Please review the requirements on the Terms and Conditions section on our website before your visit to prevent disruptions to your visit

Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
  • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
  • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
  • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
  • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
  • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
  • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
  • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
  • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
