  • For those who are looking for adventure, look no further than the Free Fall! This slide will take you on a heart-pounding free-fall journey straight down into the splashdown lane below.
  • Relax and unwind in our cozy cabanas offering up some cool shade from the sun, perfect for downtime. Located along the edge of the peninsula overlooking the ocean, it’s a great way to switch off and escape from the crowd.
  • Go with the flow on Laguna’s Lazy River and relax back as your tube is swept along the lazy river oasis, one that can be enjoyed by the entire family – but – watch out for the surprises along the way.
  • For the competitive spirits, Mad Racer takes riders on an exciting adjacent competition over a series of gut-wrenching bumps, accelerating riders towards the finish line!

  • Child below 2 years is free while child age two or above are chargeable same as an adult as per the park policy

Parks rules and conditions

  • You or your children must be 1.2 meters in height to ride some of the attractions.
  • Laguna Waterpark is a shallow water facility. Please enter all pools and attractions feet first for your safety. Diving is not permitted.
  • Lifejackets are complimentary and available inside the waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.
  • Guests with any medical, health or self-imposed restrictions on their physical ability or are overweight for their body type, or under “doctor’s care” should not use attractions.
  • Look at each ride and see if you can safely participate - you are the best judge of your limitations.
  • Some water rides are body-active, participatory activities. Such activities present a risk of injury.
  • Please follow all lifeguards’ instructions. Please wait until instructed by the lifeguard to enter the slide start tub. Allow the lifeguard to assist you in the proper seating arrangement. Please wait for the lifeguard to dispatch you.
  • Please ride in a seated position facing the center, holding the handles at all times.
  • Please be wary of the depth of the water in the pools.
  • Unruly behavior, horseplay and queue jumping is strictly prohibited.
  • Laguna Waterpark Management reserves the right to ask guests who violate this policy to leave the waterpark.
  • Appropriate swimwear is required when riding the attractions: street clothes, long flowing clothing and underwear will not be permitted. Laguna Waterpark Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate.
  • Wearing sunglasses and prescription lenses are not allowed when riding the attractions unless affixed with a proper head strap.
  • Please supervise your children and arrange a meeting place in case you should get separated.
  • Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult no younger than 18 years old.
  • Laguna Waterpark reserves the right to stop picture taking and video recording.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the waterpark, unless in a designated smoking area.
  • Locker rental is available for your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
  • Laguna Waterpark accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of any personal items.
  • Laguna Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags.

Swimwear policy

  • Inappropriate/unsafe swimwear attire is NOT allowed. For more information, kindly check our swimwear policy.
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, you must always wear appropriate swimwear attire at all our attractions.

Inappropriate swimwear includes and is not limited to

  • Underwear
  • Transparent bathing suits
  • Street clothes, long flowing clothing and underwear will not be permitted
  • Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back e.g. rivets, buckles, etc.
  • Long necklaces, chains, metal hair clips, and large hoop earrings
  • The swimsuit should be free of metal; buttons, zippers, buckles or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers and our slides
  • Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides
  • Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction
  • Swim diapers are available for sale at our gift shop.

Special Note

  • 1. The tickets are valid for day pass general admission only. Any special event such as ladies day or ladies night is not included in this ticket.

Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
  • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
  • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
  • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
  • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
  • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
  • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
  • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
  • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
