Pricing

Our policy guarantees you affordable prices and the ease of making reservations online. Unless otherwise stated, prices listed on our website are per person. They do not include gratuities for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, drinks, lodging, room service, or laundry. The listed prices may be subject to change without notice, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation expenses.

Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and payment details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for any errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that are made with fraudulent or inaccurate information. Payment can be made through our website using various methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Your payment will be processed through a secure payment gateway, and we do not store any of your credit/debit card information on our servers.

Itinerary Changes

The itinerary and services included in your package may be subject to change due to local conditions, weather, airway schedules, and other factors. If this occurs, we will offer similar options if available. Changes to the itinerary, if any, will be announced before departure. Please note that NAS Trip Tourism reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary at any time without compensation. Additionally, no compensation will be provided in the event of force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.

Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy

If we are unable to secure accommodations at your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide an alternative with a similar budget and standard. The check-in/check-out policy is determined by the hotel you have chosen, and NAS Trip Tourism cannot be held responsible for requests for early or late check-in/check-out that the hotel only accommodates due to their busy schedule.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or change your booking. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours before the scheduled departure will not be refunded.
  • In case of any changes in the booking, we will do our best to accommodate the changes. However, it will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please note that certain activities, tours, or packages may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Travel Documents

It is the obligation of every guest to have the necessary documents, such as a passport or valid ID card, for the tour they are going on. This is particularly important for guests who are traveling from another country. No refund will be given if relevant documents are lost or not present. Additionally, all passengers, regardless of their nationality, should check with their country’s consulate for information on entry requirements before planning a visit. It is also essential to confirm visa and health requirements with the consulate, as they can change without notice.

Liability

NAS Trip Tourism acts as an agent for the suppliers of travel services such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your travel, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary.

We make every effort to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot be held accountable for any errors or omissions. We also cannot be held responsible for any external website that you may access through links on our website.

We take the privacy of our users seriously and have implemented a privacy policy to protect your personal information. Our privacy policy can be found on our website, and we recommend that you read it before using our services.
