We are looking for a young, energetic, dynamic Travel Consultant for our Dubai Operations. To promote Sales of Travel Tourism, Holiday Packages, and related lines of business.
NAS Trip Tourism L.L.C is a fast-growing Travel & Tourism company established in Dubai by industry professionals with extensive experience providing Travel services within the Middles East and around the Globe. Being a local travel company in UAE, NAS Trip Tourism possesses the necessary expertise to advise you where to go and what to do both within the UAE and to a large variety of international destinations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients’ inquiries and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their needs.
- Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing & new clients.
- Provide end to end service while organising a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels, and creating the itinerary.
- Regularly update CRM database containing client details and their travel information.
- Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
Requirements:
- You are currently located in UAE
- Career minded and ambitious with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience:
- Travel agency: 1 year(Required)
- Prior experience as a Travel Agent in UAE advantage
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Preferred Female
- Preferred Indian
